Press On Nails
Great question! Press-on nails have come a long way — here's why more and more people are making the switch:
💰 Cost
A salon set can cost anywhere from $60–$150+ per visit. Press-on nails give you the same stunning result at a fraction of the price — and you can reuse them multiple times.
⏱️ Time
No booking, no waiting, no sitting under a lamp for an hour. Press-ons can be applied in under 10 minutes from the comfort of your own home.
🛡️ Nail Health
Salon acrylics and hard gels require filing and drilling that can weaken and damage your natural nails over time. Press-ons are non-damaging when applied and removed correctly, keeping your natural nails healthy underneath.
🎨 Variety
Want a different look every week? With press-ons you can switch up your style as often as you like — no commitment, no fill appointments.
✈️ Convenience
Perfect for travel, last-minute events, or whenever your schedule just doesn't allow a salon visit.
♻️ Reusable
With proper care, our press-on sets can be worn multiple times — making them even better value for money.
The longevity of your press-on nails depends on how they are applied.
Sticky tabs — ideal for short-term wear such as events or weekends, lasting around 3–4 days.
Nail glue — for a longer-lasting hold, nail glue can keep your press-ons looking flawless for up to 3–4 weeks.
For the best results, we always recommend prepping your natural nails properly before application — clean, dry nails with no oils or moisture will help your press-ons stay on longer, no matter which method you choose.
We know that every hand is unique — nails come in all different shapes and sizes, and finding your perfect fit makes all the difference.
Our press-on nail kits come in either a 24 or 30 piece set in a one-size-fits-all kit, giving you a range of sizes to work with so you can find the best fit for each finger.
How to measure your nails:
The best way to find your size is to measure your nails before purchasing. Always refer to our sizing chart when browsing — you'll find it listed on each product page.

💡 Tips for the best fit:
Measure at the widest point of your nail bed
When between two sizes, always size up — a slightly larger nail can be filed down to fit perfectly
Never force a nail that feels too tight, as this can cause lifting
Before You Start — Prep is Everything No matter which method you choose, always start with clean, dry nails. Use the included cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles, then wipe each nail with the included alcohol pad to remove any oils or moisture. This step is key to a long-lasting hold.
Method 1 — Sticky Tabs (short-term wear, 3–4 days)
Prep and clean your nails as above
Select the correct size press-on for each finger
Peel the sticky tab and apply it to your natural nail
Align the press-on nail and press down firmly for 10–15 seconds
Avoid water for at least 1 hour after application
Method 2 — Nail Glue (long-term wear, up to 3–4 weeks)
We recommend applying nail glue using the Nina Pool method for the strongest hold.
Prep and clean your nails as above
Apply a thin layer of nail glue to your natural nail
Allow the glue to sit and dry slightly — don't press the nail on just yet
Before applying, give your natural nail a quick wipe with the alcohol pad
Apply a thin layer of glue to both your natural nail and the inside of the press-on nail, then give your natural nail one more quick wipe with the alcohol pad — this reactivates the glue and allows both surfaces to fuse together for a stronger, more secure bond
Align the press-on nail from the cuticle down and press firmly for 20–30 seconds
Avoid water, washing up, and heavy hand activity for at least 1–2 hours after application
Removing your press-on nails safely is just as important as applying them. Never force or rip your nails off — this can damage your natural nails underneath. Follow one of the methods below for a safe and gentle removal.
Method 1 — Warm Water Soak (gentlest method)
Fill a bowl with warm, soapy water
Soak your nails for 10–15 minutes
Once you feel the nails beginning to loosen, gently wiggle them from side to side
Use the included cuticle pusher to gently lift from the sides and ease the nail off
Never force — if there is resistance, soak for a few more minutes
Method 2 — Cuticle Pusher (quick removal)
Gently insert the cuticle pusher under the edge of the press-on nail at the cuticle
Slowly and carefully work it along the sides to loosen the nail
Apply gentle upward pressure until the nail lifts off
If you feel any resistance, do not force it — switch to the warm water soak method instead.
Method 3 — Nail Oil or Cuticle Oil
Apply a generous amount of nail or cuticle oil around the edges of each nail
Allow it to sit for 5–10 minutes to break down the adhesive
Use the cuticle pusher to gently ease the nails off
This method is especially great for keeping your natural nails nourished during removal
After removal, gently clean any leftover glue or adhesive from the press-on using a cotton pad and a small amount of acetone. Store them back in their original tray to keep their shape and protect them for next time.
