SHIPPING POLICY
1. Where We Ship
We ship worldwide from Australia via Australia Post.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping — flat rate, calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping — a faster option available at checkout for an additional cost.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times start from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it's placed. The estimates below are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Within Australia:

Standard: 3–7 business days

New Zealand & Asia-Pacific:

Standard: 7–14 business days

United States, Canada & UK:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Delays can occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package through Australia Post.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, please allow a few extra business days — international tracking updates can sometimes be delayed as the parcel moves between postal networks.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
If you realise you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll look into it with Australia Post.

Within Australia: If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, get in touch.

International: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, get in touch.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
9. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We can ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers within Australia. For international orders, please provide a physical street address to avoid delivery issues.
