1. Who We Are

This website is owned and run by The Nail Form. We sell press-on nails and nail accessories online and ship worldwide. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

2. Who Can Use Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide honest and accurate information when ordering or creating an account.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person. We can ask you to verify your identity at any time.

3. Shopping With Us

All products are subject to availability and we can remove or change products at any time. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight differences in colour or appearance can happen due to screen settings.

Prices shown are what you'll pay at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but your order will be charged at the price shown when you placed it. If we make a pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.

When you place an order, it's not confirmed until we ship it. We can refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, run out of stock, or spot a problem.

Payment is required in full at checkout. Your order won't be shipped until payment clears.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once we ship your order, it's your responsibility. We're not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or postal delays.

4. Returns and Refunds

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. Here's how it works:

Products must be unworn and unused, in their original condition.
Contact us within 7 days and send us photos of the product.
We'll review the photos and let you know if your return is approved.
If approved, you ship the item back at your own cost. Use tracked shipping — we can't be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the item.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll sort it out — including covering return shipping.

We don't accept returns on final sale or clearance items unless they're faulty.

5. We Can Change What We Offer

We can update, change, or stop selling any product, run or end promotions, and adjust prices at any time. This won't affect orders that have already been shipped.

6. Product Responsibility

Our products are for cosmetic use only. We recommend doing a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Follow the application and removal instructions included with your order.

We're not responsible for any skin reactions, irritation, or nail damage from using our products. To the extent the law allows, products are sold "as is." This doesn't take away any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

7. Our Content and Branding

Everything on our website — including photos, text, logos, and designs — belongs to The Nail Form. You can't copy, reuse, or reproduce any of it without our written permission. Don't use our brand name or logos in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.

8. We Can Suspend or Cancel Accounts

We can suspend or close your account without notice if you break these Terms, commit fraud, abuse our return policy, provide false information, or behave inappropriately toward our staff or other users. If we close your account, pending orders may be cancelled and refunded.

9. Reviews and Community Features

We may add features like product reviews or comments in the future. If we do, you agree that anything you post will be honest, respectful, and won't contain spam, offensive material, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

We can remove any content we consider inappropriate. By posting content on our site, you give us permission to use it in connection with our business, including for marketing.

10. Marketing Emails

If you sign up for our mailing list or make a purchase, we may send you promotional emails about new products, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We'll never sell your email address to anyone.

11. Your Responsibility to Us (Indemnification)

If your actions cause us any legal trouble, costs, or losses — for example, by misusing our website, breaking these Terms, or posting harmful content — you agree to cover those costs.

12. Our Liability is Limited

We're not liable for any indirect losses like lost profits or data. The most we'll ever owe you for a claim related to an order is the amount you paid for that product. We're also not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our control, like natural disasters or postal strikes.

This doesn't affect any legal rights you have that can't be limited, including rights under Australian Consumer Law or similar laws where you live.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Australian law. If you have a problem, contact us first and we'll try to sort it out within 30 days. If we can't resolve it informally, we'll try mediation before going to court. Any legal action will be handled individually, not as a class action.

14. We Can Update These Terms

We can change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on our website. If we make a big change, we'll try to let you know via our website or email. By continuing to use our site after changes are posted, you're agreeing to the updated Terms.
