REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund or store credit.
2. Eligibility
You can request a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

The product is unworn, unused, and unapplied — press-on nails that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned.

The product is in its original condition and packaging.

You can provide clear photos of the product showing its condition.
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, you can request a refund or store credit and place a new order.
3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Send us photos of the product in its current condition.

We'll review your request and let you know within a few business days if it's been approved or declined.

If approved, you choose whether you'd like a full refund to your original payment method or store credit to use on a future order.

Ship the product back to us using the return instructions we provide.
4. Return Shipping

You're responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We can't be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. When You'll Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed once we've received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Store credit is issued once we've received and inspected the returned item and can be used immediately on any future order.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We'll offer you the choice of:

A full refund, or

Store credit, or
-
A replacement (where stock is available).
In these cases, we'll also cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Items That Can't Be Refunded
We can't offer a refund or store credit for:

Products that have been worn, applied, or used.

Products returned without prior approval from us.

Products returned after the 7-day window.

Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless faulty).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you've been approved for a refund and it hasn't arrived within 14 business days:

Check with your bank or payment provider — some take extra time to process.

If you paid via PayPal, Afterpay, or Klarna, check your account with them directly.

If you've done both and still haven't received it, contact us and we'll look into it.
